  1. Garren will be so missed at the Cactus bar. I was his bartender and became vary close to him. I am blessed to have ever known such a compassionate beautiful person. He was such a peaceful and loving person. He will remain in my heart forever.

  2. Garren will be missed by all who were priviledged to know him! He was a true spirit, with no bad bones in his body, roller-boy was the healthiest guy I knew! The ten years that I knew him will always be cherished and I will remeber his great attitude forever! Rest in peace brother and keep up the good fight for all of us, you we’re a great person and my juke box hero! Love ya bro, Dave A.

  3. I’ve purchased garrenevans.com, I will pay for the hosting of the site to show my appreciation to Garren! Because the Statesman’s site won’t maintain our regards or photo’s etc I’ve decided we should put up a site to commemerate Garren and all that he stood for! Please log on to garrenevans.com next week and you’ll be able to post your regards, download photos etc! Like all shooting stars, Garren came in and out of this world with a great bright shining light to remind us all that we need to more compassionate towards each other, more understanding, more tolerant, because after all we are all brothers! Sleep well Garren, you will be remembered for being yourself! Dave A.
